As a business owner in New Zealand, I was often contacted by Filipino workers looking for opportunities. The intent was there. The experience was real. But finding candidates who were actually cleared, compliant, and placement-ready?

That required local support in the Philippines—agencies, documents, assessments, and a process I had no visibility into.

Then I met with a DMW-licensed agency visiting New Zealand. Even with a reputable partner, it was clear: cross-border hiring is hard. Not because the workers aren’t there. But because the tools to manage visibility, compliance, and trust across two countries... don’t exist.

That’s when it clicked.

This isn’t about recruitment. It’s about infrastructure. So I built Jobloading: a platform for agencies to list verified workers, track placement milestones, and trigger payouts—backed by escrow, built for compliance, and structured to support long-term mobility.
